Situated in the north of our region just over the Surrey border near Northchapel, Bethwins Farm offers two attractive ponds in a tranquil setting surrounded by woods and farmland.

The Lower Pond contains good sized carp to 15lbs. The Upper Pond can provide a good day's sport to the float angler with a good stock of small tench and a smaller number of decent sized carp.

This is a great spot for a day 'away from it all' in beautiful unspoilt surroundings.

Upper Pond Lower Pond

These two ponds are very popular with the angler who appreciates the peace and quiet of the countryside and they have provided many a junior and some senior members with their first double figure Carp. The lower and larger pond is stocked with a good head of Carp to 15lb many of them doubles and is not considered to be a 'hard' water.

There are also a lot of Perch present that provide an alternative quarry on the few occasions when the Carp are being uncooperative. The upper pond contains Tench to 3lb. Because of the density of fish in this water it is unlikely you will catch a specimen but what it lacks in quality is made up for in quantity.
